I've been to this cafe in Libreville and it's a relaxing spot, perfect for coffee drinks and breakfast snacks ($2-$3). There is an armed guard at the entrance that actually looks quite humorous; people use to make fun at him and some even take photos with him. The cafe is on Rue Cureau.
